About the Role Are you passionate about building smart systems that do the work for you? We’re looking for an
AI Automation Engineer to architect and implement intelligent workflows using
n8n.io. This is a pivotal role where automation meets AI, empowering our teams to scale faster, work smarter, and make better decisions.
What You’ll Do - Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n.io.
- Integrate REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party AI services like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or custom models.
- Write advanced automation logic using JavaScript (Node.js).
- Work with developers, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand automation goals and translate them into functional workflows.
- Monitor performance and ensure workflows are scalable, secure, and reliable.
- Implement authentication protocols and follow best practices in data security.
- Stay ahead of trends in AI tools, automation, and n8n.io developments.
- Document workflows and contribute automation best practices across teams.
Must-Have Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation, scripting, or AI integrations.
- Proven expertise in n8n.io — portfolio or real-world examples required.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js).
- Experience working with:
- REST APIs, webhooks
- JSON, XML, CSV data formats
- Familiarity with integrating AI services such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or NLP APIs.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Deep knowledge of API security, authentication, and data handling standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Experience with other automation tools like Zapier, Integromat, or Make.
- Exposure to AI/ML model deployment workflows.
- Working knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
