About the Client: 
Our client is a U.S.-based company in the consumer services industry, seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee technology operations, security, and user support.
What You'll Do
  • Monitor MSP tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Configure and manage devices (AutoPilot, Intune, Sophos).
  • Oversee software licensing (MS365, Adobe).
  • Manage user lifecycle (on/off-boarding via ADP, Entra ID, Verizon).
  • Conduct security monitoring and reporting.
  • Review and maintain system and user compliance.
  • Handle additional IT-related responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of IT management or similar experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Experience with AutoPilot, Sophos, ticketing systems, and MSP workflows.
  • Background in IT security monitoring and user lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and optimize IT processes.
Nice to Have
  • IT management in global or outsourcing environments.
  • Experience with automation in provisioning and compliance.
  • Familiarity with telecom systems and Verizon user management.
