Job Description
Manager of Revenue Operations (Analytics)
About the Company A global leader in finance performance management software, empowering ambitious finance teams with data-driven insights to drive better decisions and business outcomes. Trusted by thousands of finance leaders in nearly 100 countries, this high-growth SaaS company is building a world-class Revenue Operations (RevOps) function at the center of its Go-To-Market (GTM) engine.
Mission
Scale growth with clarity, confidence, and speed. If you're a strategic thinker, data-driven operator, and natural collaborator — this is your chance to lead analytics across one of the most critical functions in the business.
Why This Role Exists
The GTM machine is evolving — with new products, motions, and growing complexity. But without reliable signal, the business risks chasing noise: missed forecasts, leaky funnels, and unclear ROI. This role helps architect the revenue truth — and ensures the business uses it to operate with speed and confidence.
What You’ll Own
● Forecasting & Funnel Health Deliver insights into coverage, conversion velocity, slippage, and risk signals
● GTM KPI Frameworks Define and manage the revenue metric architecture across acquisition, pipeline,
expansion, and retention
● Reporting Stack & Infrastructure Architect and manage reporting across Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake to ensure clean, consistent, business-ready insights
● Sales Planning Support Support territory design, segmentation, quota modeling, and headcount planning
● Strategic Analytics Projects Lead analysis workstreams tied to GTM pivots — pricing, new market entry, campaign ROI, and more
● Executive-Level Reporting Build crisp, actionable reporting used in QBRs, board decks, and leadership reviews
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
● 6+ years in RevOps, Sales Strategy or GTM Analytics — ideally in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment
● Deep understanding of SaaS revenue mechanics: CAC, pipeline coverage, NRR, funnel velocity, win rate
● Experience leading cross-functional projects, owning tool selection/implementation, and managing GTM systems architecture
● Expertise in customer lifecycle metrics, cohort modeling, pricing analysis, and ARR/retention forecasting
● Strong analytical skills with tools like Excel, Eloqua, Tableau, Power BI
● Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
● Proactive, solution-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
● Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located
● Must be able to travel internationally (US/Canada); valid passport required
