The Client A multi-product lender, allowing Australian businesses to access Equipment Finance, Trade Finance, Debtor Finance, Line of Credit, Business Loans and Term loans.
The Role To help deliver high quality technical solutions and integrations through rigorous testing criteria. Check all internally developed code to ensure it meets the specification criteria, perform regression testing and provide feedback to the development squads.
Responsibilities - Working closely with the businesses key technical resources (CTO, Head of Engineering and Senior QA Engineer) to develop executing test plans and scripts for internally develop features relating to our Loan Management System and Customer Portal, including, but not limited to:
- API Integrations with 3rd parties
- Security considerations for integrations
- Data transfer and/or API integrations into internal Loan Management Systems (LMS)
- Test estimation, planning and test script creation; Manual and automated test case execution; and generation of internal and user documentation required for critical finance and payments digital platforms & UIs in a fast-moving and regulated environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of QA/testing with UX, functional and non-functional goals
- Work collaboratively with a high performing Agile team, providing honest open feedback to help everyone become the best version of themselves. Be accountable for technical decisions and justifications in the team.
- Ensure all business required compliance training is up to date (AML/KYC, Cyber, Internal Policy acceptance etc)
- Continue to demonstrate adherence to our code of conduct, constantly embodying our core values
Qualifications - 5+ years’ experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong understanding of business process related to payments services
- Experience with manual/automated testing of SOAP/RESTful APIs using tools such as SoapUI or Postman
- Software QA automation experience, working with open-source automation tools such as Selenium, WebdriverIO, BrowserStack with backend supported programming language such as NodeJS or C#
- Excellent Test Planning, Execution and Defect Management skills
- Experience and proficiency with open-source UI test automation tools for both web and mobile
- Understanding of development and deploying in the cloud (PaaS, IaaS, API’s). Azure/AWS or similar
- Understanding of Agile SCRUM methodology
- Experience with Atlassian tools, particularly JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and commercially viable solutions
- Ability to deal with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly
- Exposure to enterprise CRM platforms particularly MS dynamics 365 valuable.

Schedule - Monday-Friday 6AM TO 3PM Manila Time
