Job Summary
Responsible for manning the phones and providing First Level Support to all clients who call the support line for IT assistance. Will attempt to resolve all issues over the phone, through Remote Support tools or escalate to the Second Level Support Team in the event a solution cannot be applied at first level.
 
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Responding to IT support requests over the phone, via ticketing system as the first point of contact.
  • Escalating advanced IT support cases.
  • Ensure all tickets and calls are attended to in a timely manner.
  • Accurately log and triage helpdesk support tickets.
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Administration of users
  • Perform basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Escalating advanced IT support cases.
  • Maintaining IT documentation including network and user details.
  • Documenting records of actions taken.
  • Remote support to users.
Work Experience
  • Customer Service
  • Active directory and exchange administration
  • Windows 10 up to the latest version and MS Office 365 Administration
  • Basic problem solving
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday (9AM-6PM; Manila Time)
