About the client (UK) We are a small team with big clients in interior design construction and fit-out. We are looking for a Fit-Out Estimator to help bring high-end projects to life. We’ve worked with clients on some iconic builds in the UK, USA, and Europe, and our work is primarily with luxury finishes and heritage crafts. Responsibilities - Analysis and organisation of detailed drawing packs
- Annotating technical drawings
- Generating bill of quantities
- Identification of key information within vast amounts of construction project data and clarification of unknowns
- Presenting technical information in a concise and easy-to-understand format for both clients and suppliers using Bluebeam Revu and Excel
Required Qualifications - Work Experience or education in a technical or Engineering field: Construction, Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Product Design
- Familiarity with technical drawings and specifications is an advantage
- Comfortable using Excel equations e.g. SUMIF, XLOOKUP, FILTER etc. (We suggest you practice these before interviewing with us)
- Good written and excellent spoken English for communications with internal team, clients and suppliers
Work Schedule - Monday to Friday (4PM-1AM; Manila Time)
Work Setup (WFH) - Permanent homebased
- Candidates are required to have a personal device at home
- Candidates are expected to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS for both download and upload speed.
- Outsourced will be issuing 2 extra monitors
