JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Generalist is responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including offboarding, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of HR practices and be able to
work independently in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING:
● Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
● Ensure all employee information is up-to-date and accurately entered in the HR system.
● Assist in the preparation of reports and documents for regulatory compliance.
BENEFITS:
● Assist the staff with benefits-related inquiries and concerns.
● Administer healthcare benefit enrollment and communicate benefits information to employees.
OFFBOARDING
● Handles the end-to-end offboarding process for departing staff, ensuring proper documentation
and exit interviews.
GENERAL SUPPORT:
● Provide general administrative support, including communicating/resolving employee concerns through email/chat/call as needed.
● Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. A degree in Human Resources or Psychology major.

Experience:
● At least 2 years of experience as an HR practitioner.

Skills & Competencies:
● Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
● Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
 
Work Schedule
1PM to 10PM PH Time

Work Location
Hybrid, Either Pampanga or Cebu Office
Willing to work onsite at least 2-3x per week
