JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible in assisting the team in the Labor Relation matters such as but not limited to: preparation, sending, and monitoring of the Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Corrective Action (NCA).

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Facilitate the preparation, discussion, sending, and monitoring of Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Corrective Action (NCA).
● Ensure all notices are accurately documented, delivered promptly, and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
● Preparing and serving documentary requirements for the Performance Improvement Plan, Show-Cause Memo, and Termination Notice.
● Assist in serving and mailing Demand Letters and Return to Word Orders.
● Provide accurate and thorough documentation and representation to protect the company’s interests.
● Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, conduct, and/or compliance concerns.
● Provide guidance and support to employees regarding company policies and procedures.
● Conduct interviews with employees to gather information necessary for resolving concerns.
● Document findings and maintain confidentiality throughout the process.
● Assess complaints' nature and severity, then either provide coaching resources or conduct an investigation.
● Partner with Legal, People and Culture, managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure investigations are thorough, impartial, and timely.
● Ensure investigation recommendations align with company policies and practices and provide guidance to management on their implementation.
● Review performance feedback for consistency and completeness before delivery and provide coaching to Team Leads on delivering effective feedback.

REPORTS/Other Tasks:
● Assists in communicating/resolving employee concerns through email/chat/call as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. A degree in Human Resources or Psychology major.

Experience:
● At least 4 to 5 years of experience as an HR practitioner.

Skills & Competencies:
● Strong communication skills, solid organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
● Previous experience in creating strategies/ideas from the conceptual stage through the implementation and the execution.
● Strong technical and analytical skills, problem solving and resolution skills.
● Ability to effectively communicate and manage tasks is required.
● Patient and passionate.
● Organized with online and physical files.
 
Work Schedule
1PM to 10PM PH Time

Work Location
Hybrid, Either Pampanga or Cebu Office
Willing to work onsite at least 2-3x per week
