About the client (US)
A law firm that represents medical providers in obtaining proper reimbursement from health insurance carriers.  We are looking for a legal or medical administrative assistant that can assist in reviewing medical records and EOBs, compile documents for review, and enter file information into our case management system.  Experience working in the realm of medical billing and revenue cycle or internally for a health insurance company would be preferable in a candidate’s ability to succeed in this role.  An ability to work with and utilize our case management system and a high level of communicativeness is essential since this role is reliant upon consistency, training, and teamwork.
 
The primary duties of this position will include:
  • Reviewing electronic case files
  • Confirming case eligibility by review of preceding steps
  • Compiling medical documents and entering case information
  • Identifying insurance information via EOB’s
  • Cross-training and teamwork
  • Attention to detail is extremely important
Experience Needed
  • Data entry and administrative tasks
  • Drafting documents using templates
  • Organization of exhibits and records
  • Communication skills via email and telephone are essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team and ask questions is essential
Work Schedule (Night shift)
  • Monday to Friday (10PM-7AM; Manila Time)
Work Setup (WFH)
  • Permanent Homebased
  • Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
  • Candidates are required to have a stable/reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download and upload speed.
