Job Title: Mixed Telemarketer and Appointment Setter
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: The Mixed Appointment Setter, and Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting our sales team. Staff will generate leads if there are no remaining leads to be called. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a knack for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

● Telemarketing:
○ Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
○ Present the features and benefits of our offerings effectively.
○ Answer questions and address concerns from prospects.
○ Lead Generation: (should the given leads have been exhausted)
■ Research and identify potential leads through various online and offline sources.
■ Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
■ Utilize tools and platforms for lead generation and management.
● Appointment Setting:
○ Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
○ Confirm appointments and ensure prospects are well-informed about the meeting details.
○ Follow up with leads to ensure they attend scheduled appointments.
● Database Management:
○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and interactions with leads.
○ Use CRM software to track progress and manage the sales pipeline.
● Reporting:
○ Provide regular reports on lead generation, call activities, and appointment setting.
○ Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
 
Qualifications:

● Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospects.
● Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
● Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
● Basic knowledge of [industry-specific knowledge] is a plus.
 
Work set-up: Home-based
Work schedule:
08:00 AM - 05:00 PM PST
11:00 PM to 08:00 AM Manila time
