We are on the hunt for a dedicated Senior Analyst in Data & Analytics!

 
This role is pivotal for those who have a passion for diving deep into omnichannel media analytics, uncovering insights in market trends, competition, consumer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
 
We seek someone with a robust background in marketing analytics across diverse channels and a sharp understanding of how to map out KPIs throughout the purchase funnel. A specialist who is not just familiar but proficient with rules-based attribution models and has a knack for SQL to navigate complex databases.
 
In this fast-paced role, you'll be at the intersection of data and strategic decision-making, working alongside varied teams to craft bespoke analytics solutions for our clients.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Data Visualization Platform Management: Oversee API connections, data models, and establish best practices for data visualization.
  • Strategic KPI Definition: Develop and refine KPIs, metrics, and data collection strategies aligned with campaign goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Lead the development of analytics and reporting processes, execute data visualization projects, and serve as a bridge between account teams and technical resources.
  • Deep Dives and Optimization: Conduct analytical reviews and offer optimization recommendations for omnichannel campaigns.
  • Testing and Learning: Design and execute A/B testing, embracing continuous learning and adaptation to new concepts and techniques.
  • Professional Growth: A commitment to supporting team members, emotional maturity in interactions, and an eagerness to absorb new ideas and innovate.
  • Leadership: Mentorship of junior analysts and management of client engagements.

Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 4-5+ years in a professional setting, with 2+ years in client-centric environments like ad agencies.
  • Paid Media Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of customer journeys, marketing funnels, and audience retargeting strategies.
  • Analytical Prowess: A solid analytics background with a focus on campaign performance. Experience with A/B, MVT, and other testing methods is highly valued.
  • Data Visualization Mastery: 2+ years of experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI, designing insightful dashboards for diverse stakeholders.
  • Web Analytics Proficiency: Skilled in leveraging web analytics platforms to dissect conversion paths and market impact.
  • Comprehensive Analysis Skills: Capable of conducting ROI analysis, offering optimization recommendations, and providing insights across digital and traditional media.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL is a must, alongside familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Competent in identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Brand Impact Awareness: Knowledgeable about measuring brand impact.
  • Reporting Automation Experience: Skilled in streamlining reporting processes.
  • Collaboration and Management: Proven track record of managing projects through collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of personalities, maintaining diplomacy and detail orientation in a high-speed environment.
 
Work set-up: Work from home (w/ equipment provided) 
Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 11PM - 8AM
