Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. We are a growing organization in the Home Health care industry. Our ideal candidate is someone who can wear multiple hats and has experience as a growth marketer.
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. Experience with lead generation campaigns is highly desired.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Research advertising trends
  • Research competitors’ pricing and product
  • Recommend on appropriate placement of ads
  • Determine what content will reach customers
  • Develop projects to create content
  • Publish digital marketing content online
  •  Implement email marketing campaigns
  • Measure digital traffic
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
  • Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
  •  Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Monitor project status and budget
  • Conduct market research to inform campaigns
Other duties and skills needed:
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  •  Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
  •  Develop and execute effective local SEO strategies for small business websites, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategy.
  • Research backlink opportunities including anchor text, keywords, and pages to link to.
  • Conduct regular site audits, track and report on key SEO metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  •  Monitor and analyze site traffic and user behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to improve performance.
  • Write high-quality, engaging, and optimized content for blogs and websites for our clients using PageOptimizerPro and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Requirements:
  • At least a few years of relevant experience, with a focus on local small businesses.
  • Experience with website analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush.
  •  Able to do mock-ups, graphics design, page layouts for collaterals, and with excellent presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO best practices.
  • Strong understanding of on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, link building, and content strategy.
  • Experience with WordPress/Elementor.
  • Any other relevant digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with managing and optimizing business listings such as Google Business Profile and Apple Maps Business Connect.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Experience in an agency setting, creating custom SEO reports, and face-to-face client reporting is a plus!
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 
Work set-up: Hybrid (10x a month in the Eastwood office)
Work schedule: M - F, 11:30PM - 8:30AM
