Job Overview: As a Coordination Specialist, you'll be an integral part of the team, working alongside client’s advocates to manage and execute care coordination tasks. This role involves direct communication with various stakeholders in a patient's healthcare journey, including insurance companies, clinics, hospitals, and community organizations
Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with client’s advocates to ensure efficient resolution of patient needs.
- Engaging in telephonic communication with stakeholders to facilitate various tasks.
- Diligently documenting and tracking tasks using Salesforce CRM.
- Effectively self-managing your caseload to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
Requirements: - High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional professional communication skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare administrative terminology.
- Experience in customer service (call support, counseling, coaching, billing support, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and upholding promises to colleagues.
Preferred Experience: - Prior experience in care coordination, management, or social work.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
Work Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Manila time)
Work Setup: Office-based
