Job Description:
  
  • Provide professional end-user technical support to a wide client base via phone and email diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Advise users on the methods, steps, and actions needed to resolve and avoid future issues, and provide documentation as needed
  • Maintain awareness of the time frame for escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Take a proactive approach with all communications; provide timely follow-ups and status updates to clients as well as internal teammates
  • Submit all client case entries to Dynamics 365 throughout the month to ensure proper billing
  • Grow documentation management of applications, software, solutions, and overall general procedures; collaborate with other team members to identify and suggest possible procedural improvements.

Must be willing to work Monday to Friday 9pm - 6am Manila Time
Must be comfortable working Homebased
