The opportunity is available for an experienced taxation accountants with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in tax preparations. The role primarily involves managing individuals, companies, trust & partnerships tax returns, accounting, bookkeeping. payroll, financial statement and other related duties.
The responsibilities are:
1. Prepare Income tax returns for all entities including individuals and Business using Quickbooks, Xero and MYOB
2. Prepare monthly / quarterly IAS/BAS,FBT & STP reporting
3. Payroll and Bookkeeping using Xero & MYOB
4. Prepare Excel Spread sheets when necessary
5. Direct Liaising with ATO and via Agents Portal
6. Prepare Financial Statements for all business entities
7. Admin duties
Skills and Experience
● Minimum of 1-3 years in tax preparations, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and auditing experience
● Experience in Xero, Quickbooks & MYOB
● Excellent communication skills
● Have strong organizational skills
● Have strong time management skills
● Be well presented
● Have exceptional attention to detail
● Be prepared to go the extra mile for our clients and our team
● Ability to work independently and in team environment
Work Schedule
6AM to 3PM PH Time
Work Location
Onsite, Either Pampanga, Cebu, SM North, Eastwood, Alabang Office (depending on your preference)
