Key Responsibilities
- Theme Development: Build custom Shopify themes from scratch, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and functionality tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Technical Leadership: Lead the development process, guiding projects from conceptual design through to execution, testing, and delivery.
- Responsive Design: Create themes that are seamless across devices, enhancing user experience and engaging customers at every touchpoint.
- Bespoke Solutions: Move beyond templated options, integrating innovative solutions that balance performance with design elegance.
- Client Collaboration: Engage directly with clients to understand their brand vision, communicating technical possibilities in a way that empowers them
to make informed decisions. - Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards in both functionality and aesthetics, ensuring themes meet our commitment to excellence.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively identify areas for enhancement, always seeking to refine and elevate each digital experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven Expertise in Shopify Theme Development: Minimum 5 years of experience in Shopify development, with a portfolio showcasing custom, responsive Shopify themes.
- Front-End Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Liquid templating.
- Cross-Functional Skills: Familiarity with SEO, UX/UI principles, and performance optimisation, ensuring both the beauty and functionality of each theme.
- Client-Centric Communication: Skilled at conveying complex technical details to non-technical clients in a thoughtful and accessible manner.
- Attention to Detail: A natural commitment to quality and precision, with a meticulous eye for design and consistency.
- Proactive Mindset: A resourceful approach, with the motivation to anticipate client needs and push boundaries in theme development.
