Job Description/Responsibilities - Perform a quality control review of QM and Non-QM loans that have been cleared to close by an underwriter.
- The candidate would review critical aspects of the loan file that could deem it unsellable in the secondary market.
- Such items would be, but are not limited to appraisal, credit & income.
- The candidate should be experienced in underwriting/reviewing loan files in both QM and Non-QM.
Requirements: - Experience of at least 2 years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Document management
- Schedule: Night shift PHT
Work Location - Home-based
- Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
- Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
Work Schedule - M-F 9pm to 6am Manila Time
