Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Influencer Outreach & Negotiation Specialist to help scale our influencer marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting 500+ influencers daily, negotiating collaboration terms, and ensuring they deliver high-quality content that aligns with our brand’s objectives
  
Key Responsibilities: Influencer Outreach:
  • Identify, research, and reach out to 500+ influencers daily via email, DMs, or influencer platforms.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of potential influencers categorized by niche, audience size, and engagement rate.
  • Personalize outreach messages to maximize response rates and establish relationships.
Negotiation & Collaboration:
  • Discuss rates, deliverables, and usage rights with influencers to ensure cost-effective partnerships.
  • Negotiate contract terms, ensuring that influencer pricing aligns with the budget and ROI goals.
  • Finalize agreements, including content deliverables, deadlines, and payment structures.
Content & Asset Coordination:
  • Define content requirements, including format (Reels, Stories, Posts, YouTube videos, etc.), messaging, and call-to-action.
  • Ensure influencers follow brand guidelines and deliver assets that meet quality expectations.
  • Coordinate approvals and revisions before content goes live.
Tracking & Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of influencer responses, negotiated rates, and completed collaborations.
  • Track campaign performance, including engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Optimize outreach strategies based on response rates and campaign performance data.
  
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure the best deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume outreach efficiently.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze influencer engagement metrics and audience demographics
  • Willing to work from 5pm to 9pm Manila time
