Job Description
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This role requires a versatile individual with strong skills in video editing, website design and development, photo editing, social media management, and creating engaging presentations and proposals. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, developing compelling content, and supporting overall branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities: - Video Editing: Create, edit, and produce high-quality marketing videos for campaigns, social media, and other platforms to effectively engage target audiences.
- Website Design and Development: Manage and update the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with branding guidelines. Assist in developing new web pages as needed.
- Photo Editing: Edit and enhance images for marketing materials, website content, social media, and other promotional activities.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies, create engaging content, monitor performance metrics, and grow the company's online presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Presentation/Proposal Creation: Design and prepare professional presentations and proposals that effectively communicate key messages and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Support the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in video editing with proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong skills in website design and development, with knowledge of platforms like WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic SEO principles.
- Expertise in photo editing using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent software.
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content, with knowledge of analytics tools to track and improve performance.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing and professional presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, or other similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for branding and visual storytelling.
