Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with implementing Company's Services, with a specific emphasis on DMARC Analyzer thru regular scheduled meetings
  • Provide adhoc support for local and global inbound onboarding queries
  • Escalation and tracking of issues raised with the Company's Engineering Support team
  • Recognize upsell opportunities for additional products and services
  • Engage with cross functional teams to meet customer’s needs
  • Form part of customer’s culture of constant improvement by providing critical thought on process, policy and product enhancements
  • Provide a stellar first impression for customers
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with general IT administration and support of Microsoft Exchange, M365, Google G-Suite and other Enterprise messaging platforms.
  • Comfortable with developing project documentation using MS Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio as well as Smartsheets
  • Understanding of concepts such as DNS and Mail Flow
  • Demonstrated ability in customer-facing positions, preferably as a Professional Services Consultant or similar roles
  • Strong analytical skills regarding technical and project management issues
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including ability to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel, internally and externally, including C-level staff
Qualifications:
  • MCSE or equivalent is a plus however not essential
  • Project Management and/or Customer Success qualifications are a plus however not essential

  
Must be willing to work Mon-Fri 10pm - 7am Manila Time (shifting schedule)
Must be comfortable working Homebased but open to work in the office for special occasions
Must have reliable internet connection at home
