Responsible for manning the phones and providing First Level Support to all clients who call the support line for IT assistance. Will attempt to resolve all issues over the phone, through Remote Support tools or escalate to the Second Level Support Team in the event a solution cannot be applied at first level.
  
  • Responding to IT support requests over the phone
  • Escalating advanced IT support cases.
  • Ensure all tickets and calls are attended
  • Accurately log and triage helpdesk support ticket
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Administration of users
  • Perform basic hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Escalating advanced IT support cases.
  • Maintaining IT documentation including network
  • Documenting records of actions taken.
  • Remote support to users.
  
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Customer Service
  • Active directory and exchange administration
  • Basic problem solving
  
Skills:
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines
  
Performance Goals:
•            Actively follow up on tickets to ensure no tickets
•            High first-time resolution closure rate.
•            Ensure tickets are responded to in a timely manner
•            Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees
  
  
Must be willing to work Monday to Friday 7 am - 4 pm Manila Time
Must be willing to work in Eastwood office from Day 1
Must be willing to work in shifting schedule if necessary
