About the Client: 

Our client, based in the United States, operates in the premium CBD supplements industry. They are seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to lead content creation and digital storytelling efforts.
Role Overview We're seeking a multitalented Creative Marketing Specialist who can lead the creation of digital content across marketing, design, and video. This role is instrumental in:
  • Crafting engaging visual content (graphics and social visuals)
  • Producing and editing video content for social media and e-commerce
  • Managing digital campaigns and supporting brand storytelling
Key Responsibilities
  • Content Design: Create compelling graphics for ads, email campaigns, banners, and social content aligned with brand identity. Develop visual assets for supplements and apparel.
  • Video Production: Plan, produce, and edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Support YouTube channel content creation and organization. Deliver promotional and product-focused videos such as unboxings, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes.
  • Digital Campaign Execution: Support digital workflows, including email campaigns, ad creatives, and website visuals. Optimize content for engagement and conversions.
  • Brand Consistency & Asset Management: Maintain brand identity across all marketing touchpoints. Organize and manage a digital library of graphics and videos.
  • Performance & Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to align creative assets with campaign objectives. Track performance and adjust content for better engagement.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or video editing.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
  • Portfolio showcasing multimedia work across digital channels.
  • Understanding of social media best practices, engagement, and optimization.
  • Excellent design sense and narrative storytelling ability.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—adaptable, proactive, and effective in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to support content creation.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with wellness, supplements, or e-commerce brands.
  • Photography skills or experience producing product/lifestyle shoots.
  • Motion graphics or animation proficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of community management or ad platforms.
Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am-6pm (PST) | 11am-8pm (COT)
