Job Summary:We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of our brand, digital presence, and marketing strategy. This role is central to modernizing our marketing function, increasing our visibility, driving qualified pipeline, and supporting the sales team with high-impact collateral and campaigns. You’ll manage everything from our website and brand to evaluating which events we attend and how we show up. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces new technologies, and has experience leading a small marketing team.
What You’ll DoBrand & Content Leadership - Own and evolve the company’s brand identity to ensure consistency across all channels and materials
- Manage development and production of all sales collateral (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, etc.)
- Manage and create content initiatives from concept to execution, including research and writing compelling content for promotions, blog posts, and social channels
Digital Marketing & Website - Own the company website – including design, messaging, content updates, and performance tracking
- Develop strategies to drive traffic to the website and optimize for conversions
- Monitor site analytics and continuously improve the customer journey
Event Strategy & Budgeting - Research and recommend industry events, conferences, and trade shows that align with company goals
- Build a clear ROI-driven strategy for which events to attend, how to present the brand, and how much to invest
- Lead pre- and post-event planning, marketing, and follow-up activities to maximize lead generation
Sales Enablement & Pipeline Growth - Partner with Sales to understand customer needs and develop marketing strategies that drive pipeline and new logo acquisition
- Track and report on marketing-influenced pipeline, campaign ROI, and lead performance
- Identify new channels and tactics to reach target customers and improve conversion
Product Marketing - Gather market and customer insights to inform product positioning and messaging, validate market needs, and estimate demand
- Develop buyer personas and audience messaging in collaboration with the Product and Sales teams
- Create market-facing assets that communicate key product features and value propositions
- Plan and execute product launch strategies
What You Bring - 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technology industries
- Proven experience managing brand, websites, and marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated experience using modern AI-powered marketing tools to drive results
- Strong understanding of the sales process and marketing’s role in supporting pipeline growth
- Experience evaluating, planning, and executing marketing strategies
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with comfort working with metrics
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.
- Leadership experience managing team performance and output
- Experience working with Fortune 1,000 companies in the US market
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Experience in the events industry is an asset
Schedule - Monday - Friday, 11am - 8pm COT
- 5-day work week at 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, not including breaks)
- Every second Friday off with 80 hours over two weeks (8.89 hours per day, not including breaks)
