About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee and integrate marketing and sales activities for our Investment Platform business. This role serves as the bridge between our marketing agency, internal Business Development Manager (BDM), and prospective clients, ensuring seamless execution of lead generation, inbound sales handling, advisor engagement, and brand marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales acumen, marketing expertise, and graphic design proficiency, allowing them to manage inbound enquiries, conduct product demos, create marketing materials, update the website, and optimize digital engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales Enquiries & Client Engagement
  • Manage inbound sales enquiries, qualifying leads, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Conduct product demos, educating prospective clients and financial advisers on SAM offerings.
  • Connect qualified leads with the BDM for in-person meetings and relationship-building.
  • Track and optimize lead conversion rates, ensuring efficient pipeline management.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
  • Ensure seamless integration between sales efforts and marketing execution.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the marketing agency, refining messaging and positioning.
  • Monitor campaign performance, ensuring maximum brand impact and lead generation.
  • Act as a liaison between external marketing teams and internal business development functions.
Advisor Engagement & Sales Enablement
  • Oversee advisor onboarding processes, ensuring financial advisers receive structured support materials.
  • Coordinate training sessions, webinars, and educational programs for advisors.
  • Ensure smooth lead nurturing, optimizing advisor engagement strategies.
Graphic Design & Branding
  • Design and update flyers, brochures, investor presentations, and branded materials.
  • Create and maintain marketing assets for digital and print campaigns.
  • Develop visual content for social media engagement, LinkedIn campaigns, and sales collateral.
Website & Digital Presence Management
  • Maintain and update website content, news, and alerts, ensuring relevancy.
  • Optimize web pages for engagement and lead generation.
  • Implement graphic design updates, ensuring a polished and professional online presence.
LinkedIn & Social Media Strategy Execution
  • Oversee organic LinkedIn campaigns to engage financial advisers and potential clients.
  • Develop targeted content strategies for social media platforms.
  • Track engagement metrics, refining strategies to maximize audience reach.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor sales funnel metrics, ensuring inbound lead conversion optimization.
  • Establish KPIs for marketing effectiveness, advisor engagement, and sales performance.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews, adjusting strategies based on real-time data insights.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing coordination, within financial services or investment management.
  • Strong ability to manage inbound leads, conduct product demos, and facilitate advisor engagement.
  • Graphic design proficiency for creating brochures, presentations, flyers, and digital assets.
  • Website management experience for updating content, news, and visual materials.
  • Ability to work with CRM systems, tracking and optimizing lead conversions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other graphic design tools.
  • Background in financial product marketing, B2B sales, or advisor engagement.
