Job Overview: As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will contribute to making our leads the best quality leads in the industry on our Sales Operations team. Your primary focus will be prospecting and identifying potential clients, a central aspect of our sales engine. You’ll be responsible for in-depth research, creating and maintaining high-quality leads, and setting the stage for our sales team's success.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Engage in prospecting to identify potential clients, using effective strategies to locate and qualify leads, helping to build a strong pipeline of potential sales leads.
- Collaboration and Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with the client's sales team to ensure strategic alignment .
- Innovation in Process: Bring innovative ideas and creative approaches to enhance the lead generation process, aiming to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Management: Accurately maintain and update lead and account data in Salesforce.
Skills and Qualifications: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency at or desire to learn Salesforce CRM.
Bonus Skills (Not required): ● Programming, automation, AppScript, and data analytics skills are welcome additions.
Lead Generation Process Details - Google Mapping
- Search Google Maps to find high energy using companies
- Check for Duplicates in Salesforce
- Create new leads from Zoominfo and add location data to salesforce
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila Time
Work Setup: Home-based
- Must have at least 50mbps for both upload and download speed
