Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative/Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our client's bookkeeping services business. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through a combination of B2B and B2C marketing and sales activities. Additionally, you will provide support with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including prospecting on LinkedIn, email marketing campaigns, and social media outreach
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, such as small business owners and CPAs, to generate new bookkeeping service opportunities
- Nurture leads and convert them into paying clients through effective sales techniques
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation, to support the growing client base
- Maintain detailed records of all prospecting and sales activities
- Collaborate with the business owner to continuously improve lead generation and sales processes
Qualifications: - 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, and lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and social media platforms for prospecting and outreach
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Adaptable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila Time
Work Setup: Home-based
- Must have at least 50mbps for both download and upload speed
- Must have own laptop/PC (at least i5 and 16GB RAM)
