The Client A UK-based development company specializing in custom software, CRM automation, and workflow optimization. We currently work closely with one major client using Zoho CRM and are looking to bring on a Zoho-savvy team member to help us deliver faster, smarter, and more scalable solutions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves solving problems inside the Zoho ecosystem and wants to grow with a small but ambitious team.
Your Responsibilities - Customize Zoho CRM (fields, modules, workflows, page layouts)
- Write, edit, and troubleshoot Deluge scripts
- Set up automations, custom functions, and workflow rules
- Assist in maintaining Blueprints, Reports, and Dashboards
- Collaborate with our apprentice and support knowledge sharing
- Work on occasional tasks in Zoho Creator, Flow, Analytics or other Zoho apps
Requirements - 1+ years of experience with Zoho CRM
- Comfortable with Deluge scripting and Zoho automation tools
- Good understanding of CRM concepts and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus (Nice to Have) - Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics and APIs
- Previous remote work experience
- Some background in working with international clients
Schedule - Monday-Friday 4PM TO 1AM Manila Time
Location - Homebased; must be amenable to use own equipment.
